Sisters in Stitches
Sisters in Stitches at First Baptist Church is a group of Christian women who love to quilt and share the love of Jesus Christ. We make quilts for new babies, those who are terminally ill, people receiving cancer treatment, shut-ins, and our military veterans.
We meet on Thursdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm in room 103. We've also added a new sewing day in the evening for those who work during the day! Beginning January 8, 2015, we will meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Everyone is welcome whether you're a seasoned quilter or a beginner!
We also enjoy taking special "field trips" to area quilt shows & quilt shops, we pray for one another, and enjoy other special times together. We care deeply for each person in the group and would love to have you join us!
It is our desire to wrap people in God's love one stitch at a time.
